We collect only what you send us yourself, and we use it to answer you. We do not track your browsing, show advertising or sell your data.

Who we are
aquadash.sa is the official website of Aqua Dash, which is responsible for your data. For anything about your data, write to info@aquadash.sa.
What we collect
- Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your mobile number if you give it, the type of enquiry and your message.
- By email: your address and the text of your messages to us, including your answers to our replies.
- While you browse: your requests pass through our hosting provider, which processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site.
- When you send the form: a Cloudflare protection service checks that the sender is a person and not an automated program, using technical information about your device and browser for that purpose only.
We never ask for payment or identity details, and we do not buy data from anyone.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and follow it up until it is resolved.
- To route your message to the employee in charge of your type of enquiry.
- To protect the form from automated messages and abuse.
The basis is your request itself and your consent when you send it. We do not use your data for marketing or add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
Your message and its conversation are kept while your enquiry is open, then for one year after it is closed, and then deleted for good. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Who sees it
- The employee in charge of your type of enquiry, and those who manage the site with specific permission.
- The service providers that run the site and deliver email, for that purpose only and on our behalf.
- Public authorities where the law requires it.
Our replies always come from info@aquadash.sa; the employee's own address is never shown to you.
Where it is processed
The site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, and email passes through email providers. Your data may therefore be processed or stored outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations allow.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:
- Know how we process your data; this page explains it.
- Obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is not accurate.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
To make a request, write to info@aquadash.sa from the address you wrote to us from; we answer within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Cookies
We use one necessary cookie that remembers the language you chose. We use no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.
Children
Some of our products are made for children, but the site does not knowingly collect their data. Anyone under 18 should write to us through a parent or guardian.

The links to our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Snapchat accounts take you to platforms with their own policies.

We publish any change on this page with its date.
